Barbara Jean Kingrey, age 66, of Mesquite, TX., formerly of Dalark, passed from this life on Monday, May 21, 2007, at Irving Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Irving, TX. She was born September 14, 1940, in Dalark, the daughter of the late Claude & Virginia Hunter Smith. Barbara was a homemaker and a member of Dalark Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by one son, Tony Kingrey. Barbara is survived by her husband Gene Kingrey of Mesquite. One daughter, Kandi Kingrey Roberts & her husband Ken of Forney, TX. Two sons, Dennis Kingrey & his wife Tori of Arlington, TX & Todd Kingrey & his wife Nona of Mesquite, TX. One daughter in law, Michelle Kingrey of Connecticut. Six grandchildren, Remington Roberts, Andrea Kingrey, Weston Kingrey, Paden Marshall, Tanner Marshall & Collin Strahan. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, May 23, 2007, at Welch Funeral Home of Arkadelphia, with Rev. Bob Sanders officiating. Interment will be in Macedonia Cemetery at Dalark.
