Albert Lee Kirksey, age 58, of Bismarck, died Monday, December 5, 2005, at his home. Albert was born February 18, 1947, in Jacksonville, TX., the son of Alvin & Geraldine Caldwell Kirksey Jr.. He was a retired logger, and a United States Army veteran. He was preceded in death by his father. Survivors are one son: Justin Kirksey and his wife Breanne of Caddo Valley. Two grandchildren, Trent & Cole Kirksey. His mother & step father, Geraldine & Wade Jones of Bismarck. Two brothers, Pete Kirksey & his wife Sandy of Gurdon, & Donald Kirksey & his wife Dorine of Whitehouse, TX.. Three sisters, Judy Marsh & her husband Ken of Crockett, TX., Jo Turner & her husband Leland of Treasville, TX. & Peggy Ashley & friend Michael of Mayflower, AR. Uncle & Aunt Jimmy & Willie Kirksey of Beaumont, TX. Numerous Aunts, cousins & friends. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, December 7, 2005, at Oak Bower Cemetery with Jerry Kirksey Jr. officiating. Family hours are 6 to 8 PM Tuesday at Welch Funeral Home in Arkadelphia. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Pallbearers are Don Kirksey, Jerry Kirksey, Ken Marsh, Mike Laxton, Leland Turner & J.J. Watters. .
